TASTING NOTES
A classic yet vibrant expression of Merlot, balancing fleshy grilled red pepper with a distinctive marine freshness. Inviting and multifaceted. On the palate, it shows an enviable balance—layered, evolving, with soft tannins. On the finish, a hint of dark cocoa further expands its depth.

The name comes from the area where the vineyards grow. The grapes spend five days on the skins, followed by a quick stint in wood, and then a full year of aging in the bottle.
